Find work you're built for.
Foundry is an honest career mentor. It starts with a conversation about you, not a quiz, then works outward to careers that fit, the technical schools and apprenticeships that train for them, and one real next step at a time.
How it works
A conversation, not a quiz
One honest question at a time. Answer in your own words: type, or just talk.
Your Portrait
What Foundry sees in you, plus careers to explore, including one you've probably never heard of.
One real next step
Pick a path and get one small step: shadow a day, tour a program, make a call. Foundry remembers how it went.
Programs that fit
Technical schools and training programs ranked on earnings, completion and cost.
Not a one-time quiz. A mentor for the years ahead.
It grows with you
Every couple of weeks Foundry checks in on what's new, and you can turn on a reminder on your phone. Every version of your Portrait is kept, so you can see how far you've come.
Programs near you
Find programs near your ZIP code. In Colorado, Foundry also lists apprenticeships and paid training.
Honest numbers
Real ranges for what programs cost and what careers pay. No promises, no sales pitch.
College counts too
Foundry isn't here to talk you out of college. If you end up choosing a degree, that's a win.
You decide who sees what
Your plan is private by default. If you want a counselor or family member in the loop, add them, choose which parts they see, and turn any part off whenever you want. They can send you encouragement, and you can report or block anyone.
If you're ever going through something hard, Foundry will point you to real help, like the 988 Lifeline.
Free to start
Download Foundry free. The conversation, your Portrait and your first path with real next steps cost nothing. Foundry+, or an access code from your school, adds more paths, open-ended conversations with your mentor and the Foundry Index of technical schools and programs.
Sign in with Google, Apple or a code sent to your email, and your progress follows you from your phone to the web.
